I’ll be honest with you, the best time (for me) to meditate is first thing in the morning, but I know this doesn’t work with everyone’s schedules. Over the years it’s become my morning ritual to wake up and walk down stairs first thing to meditate. Not only does it set the tone for my entire day, but Spiritual and Personal Development are amongst the two most important things that I do in my life and that’s why I make it a priority.
